ASCB accredits training in two ways: the organization that delivers it, or an individual course. Provider accreditation, against ASCB TP:2025, assesses the organization and the systems its training runs through. Course accreditation, against ASCB TC:2025, assesses a single course against the standard written for it. They are separate accreditations against separate standards, and either can be held on its own. Both apply to structured training in any sector, delivered in a classroom, live online, by eLearning or in blended form, and to an organization training its own people as much as to a commercial training company.
Which route fits?
The organization that delivers the training
ASCB TP:2025 accredits the training provider: how training needs are identified, how courses are designed and delivered, how trainers are managed, and how courses are evaluated and the results fed back. Three types match the scale of the operation, from a single internal training function to an organization whose primary business is training. You do not need to work out your own type; ASCB determines it with you. Learn more:

An individual course
ASCB TC:2025 accredits a single course: the need it was built to meet, its objectives and outcomes, the materials, how it is delivered, how learners are assessed, and how the benefit is evaluated. A course can be accredited on its own through the individual course module, or as one of the courses held by an accredited provider. Learn more:

A scheme that certifies people
Where a scheme certifies individuals against a competence standard, with periodic evaluation or continuing development, accreditation against ISO/IEC 17024 is the better match. It accredits the body operating the scheme rather than a course or a provider. Learn more:
ISO/IEC 17024 overview.
Holding both
The two training accreditations are commonly held together, and every ASCB TP:2025 provider accreditation includes at least one course assessed against ASCB TC:2025. Many organizations start with a single accredited course and extend to provider accreditation as the value shows. A course accreditation is not a provider accreditation, and the reverse is equally true; each overview sets out what its own standard covers.
How to apply
How to apply for ASCB training accreditation is set out on Become Accredited. Fees are quoted individually rather than published, because both standards tier to the scale of the training operation, so the page asks a short set of questions in order to quote. The application form is provided on request.
